What do the Technovation champions win?
The National Pitch Event winning team will receive 50,000 ETB followed by 25,000 ETB for the second winning team and 10,000 ETB for the third winning team.

In addition, the winner will directly qualify to the global semifinals. The global winning team will receive $10,000 (secondary school division) or $10,000 (primary school division) in funding and support to develop their app and distribute it on the mobile market. In addition, all students participating in Technovation will receive a certificate of completion.

The winning team will also be supported to participate in the Technovation World Pitch event in the US. Local supporters such as the Ethiopian Airlines will be approached to sponsor the travel. Technovation Global will also be contacted to explore funding opportunities to the winning team.
